Management
Objective
Operational management to ensure that the objectives have been satisfied and activities completed timely, in accordance with the work-plan and following high scientific standards and compliant with the stakeholders needs.An advisory board consisting of major international stakeholders will be established too.
Activities
Work package eight tasks will work on the administrative management of the project, including communications with the engineering controls (ECs) on behalf of the project, management of project finances, and periodic reporting, as well as the scientific coordination of planned work to ensure timely generation of the expected outcomes. Scheduled tasks include, project management and documentation, financial reporting, technical and risk management, and promotion of cluster activities and synergies between SbD4Nano and other H2020 projects and similar initiatives.
Key Outcome
A highly coordinated project with activities completed in time.
